Lucas Lyons represented the Cooperstown Hawkeyes Football team at the Fourteenth Annual Scholar Athlete Awards Dinner on Sunday, January 26, 2014 held at the Turning Stone Resort.  The Scholar-Athlete Dinner is presented by the Central New York Chapter of The National Football Foundation and College Hall of Fame, Inc.  Lucas was chosen to represent Cooperstown and now joins past CCS winners: Michael Senchyshyn-2002, Jeremy Holmes-2003, Chris Zoeller-2004, Nick Schifano-2005, Travis Walrath- 2006, Lucas Edward Niedzialkowski-2007, Michael J. Croft- 2008, Dan Senif- 2009, Matthew Lucas Folts- 2010, Jeremiah Hurtubise Ford- 2012 and Jacob Miller-2013.  Congratulations to Lucas for his outstanding achievements in academic, athletics and community service.   Lucas is pictured with teammates: Joe Harmon, Max Bonderoff and Coaches: Joe Pestar and James LaCava.
